1. How do I book a session?
You can easily book your session by clicking the CLICK TO BOOK button. Select your preferred date and time, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

2. What should I wear for the photoshoot?
We recommend wearing formal wear, or attire you wish to portray to your client or audience. Wear similar color or styles that complement each other if it’s a group portrait.

 

3. How long does a session last?
Our standard Professional Studio Portrait sessions typically last for 20 minutes. You may opt for an add-on if you would like to extend.

You may arrive earlier to get yourself prepared, such as grooming, makeup touch-up, etc.

 

4. Can I bring props or my own items to the shoot?
Absolutely! Personal items that show your character or professionalism can make your portraits more meaningful. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

 

5. When will I receive my photos?
Your edited photos will be delivered within 7 business days after your selections. We’ll provide them through an online gallery for easy access.

 

6. Can I request additional editing for my photos?
Additional edited photos are available for purchase. You can select them from your online gallery at an affordable rate from as low as RM15 per photo, or RM25 for every 3 photos.

 

7. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your appointment for free up to 7 days before the scheduled date.

Please note that rescheduling or canceling within 7 days of your appointment, booking fee will not be refunded.

 

8. Do you cater to large groups or events?
Yes, we can accommodate large groups. Contact us for custom packages tailored to your needs.

 

9. Do you offer physical prints or albums?
Yes, we offer high-quality prints such as posters, framed photos, canvas, and customized photo albums.
