📸 1. What types of events do you cover?
We cover a wide range of events including Sports Day, Family Day, Concerts, Field Trips, Open Day, Cultural Celebrations, Classroom Activities, and more. If it’s meaningful to your school — we’ll capture it.
⏱️ 2. How long will the shoot take?
This depends on the event. We offer half-day (up to 3 hours) and full-day (up to 6 hours) coverage. We’ll discuss your event schedule in advance to ensure nothing is missed.
🎞️ 3. Do you provide both photography and videography?
Yes, you can choose photo only, video only, or a combo package. Video includes a 1–3 minute edited highlight (or full-length on request).
🚚 4. When will we receive the photos/videos?
Photo galleries are usually delivered within 5–7 working days, and video highlights within 7–10 working days. Express editing options are available upon request.
🖼️ 5. Do you offer printed products?
Yes! You can add-on photobooks, framed prints, or USB copies. We also offer on-site photo printing for Family Day or Graduation if needed.
👶 6. Are your photographers experienced with young children?
Absolutely! Our team is trained to work with toddlers and young kids — we create a relaxed, fun atmosphere to capture genuine smiles and moments.
🔒 7. How do you handle privacy and consent?
We’ll follow your school’s photo policy and ensure any required parental consent is obtained. We can also exclude specific children from group or individual shots if notified in advance.
