1. How do I book a session?
You can easily book your session by clicking the CLICK TO BOOK button. Select your preferred date and time, and we’ll take care of the rest.
2. What should we wear for the photoshoot?
Our photoshoot include clothes with limited types and sizes. You may let us know your preferred backdrop, we will suggest the colour tone you and your family members can try to wear, in case there is someone who do not like or couldnt fit the size of our clothes.
3. How many people can join the session?
Our backdrop could comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. If you have a larger group, please inform us for special arrangements.
4. Can we bring props?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring meaningful or colour-matching props to personalize your photos. Let us know in advance so we can make better arrangements for shooting.
5. When will we receive our edited photos?
Edited photos will normally be done within a week. Will share you the photos with a link where you able to view and download.
6. What happens if we need to reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your appointment for free up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
Please note that reschedule or cancel within 7 days of your appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded.
7. Do you offer prints or albums?
Yes, we offer add-ons for high-quality framed printed photos, canvas, and customized photo albums.
8. What if I want more edited photos than what included in the package?
Additional edited photos are available for RM15 per photo, or RM30 for 3 photos, and RM80 for 10 photos.
