1. How do I book a session?
You can easily book your session by clicking the CLICK TO BOOK button. Select your preferred date and time, and we’ll take care of the rest.
2. What should we wear for the photoshoot?
We recommend coordinating outfits with similar colors or similar fashion/styles according to your selected backdrop colour.
3. How many people can join the session?
Our backdrop could comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. If you have a larger group, please contact us for special arrangements.
4. Can we bring props?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring meaningful or colour-matching props to personalize your photos. Let us know in advance so we can make better arrangements for shooting.
5. When will we receive our edited photos?
You’ll receive your edited photos within 7 business days. We’ll provide a link to your online gallery for easy access and sharing.
6. What happens if we need to reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your appointment for free up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
Please note that reschedule or cancel within 7 days of your appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded.
7. Do you offer prints or albums?
Yes, we offer add-ons for high-quality framed printed photos, canvas, and customized photo albums.
8. What if I want more than 4 edited photos?
Additional edited photos are available from RM15 per photo, or RM25 for 3 photos
