Credit Validity:
Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Unused credits cannot be refunded or rolled over.
Booking Policy:
Priority crew availability is subject to bookings being made within the specified time frame (4 weeks for Package A/B, 3 weeks for Package C).
Booking can only be made for services not more than 2 years in advance.
Travel Costs:
Events outside a 30km radius from Kuala Lumpur are subject to additional travel charges.
Rescheduling:
Free rescheduling is allowed with 10 days' notice.
Usage of Credits:
Credits can be used for any combination of photography, videography, printing, editing, or any other services offered by Yumerei Productions.
Services exceeding available credits must be topped up before doing the bookings.
Payment Terms:
Full payment has to be made upon subscription. The credits will be credited into your account.

1. What happens if I don’t use all my credits within a year?
Credits are valid for 1 year from the purchase date and cannot be refunded or rolled over. We recommend planning your events early to maximize their usage.
2. Can I book services for events outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes, but events outside a 30km radius from Kuala Lumpur are subject to additional travel charges.
3. How far in advance should I book my event?
For priority crew availability, bookings must be made at least 4 weeks in advance for Packages A and B, and 3 weeks in advance for Package C. Bookings for non-priority crew availability, it is subject to our availability. There will be an availability calendar for your reference.
4. Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule for free with at least 10 days' notice. Rescheduling with less notice may incur additional charges.
5. Are there any add-ons available?
Yes, you can add extra hours of shooting at RM150/hour or request other services such as drone coverage, prints, photo slideshows, makeups, editing, etc. (subject to additional charges).
6. How soon will I receive the final deliverables?
Deliverables are provided within 0 to 30 business days from the event date depending on the services you redeem. For eg, you may get all the edited softcopy within 14 business days for event photography packages. For urgent needs, you may inquire about express service. The express service is subject to availability & additional charges. So we do advise letting us know earlier.
7. Can I use my credits for a combination of services?
Absolutely! Credits can be applied to any combination of services offered by Yumerei Productions.
8. What if the service I need exceeds my available credits?
You can top up your credits before booking to cover the additional costs.
9. Do you offer live streaming, same-day editing, instant print, and others?
These services are available upon request and are subject to additional charges. Please inquire during your booking.
10. Can I transfer my credits to another person or business?
Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser. However, you may use the credit to purchase our services for another person or business, such as your staff or your subsidiaries.
11. What if I want to upgrade my package halfway?
You can upgrade your package at any time. The remaining credits from your current package will be carried forward into the upgraded package. The credit validity will be renewed by adding another year. For eg, you had Package A with RM6000 remaining credits, with 3 months validity. By upgrading to Package C, you not only enjoy the perks in the new package from your old credits, you will get the RM20,000 credits from package C, and the validity for all the credit will become 1 year & 3 months.
