Copyright of finished videos belongs to the client; Yumerei Productions retains the right to showcase work for portfolio purposes.
All the audio used is properly licensed, ensuring that the final video or slideshow can be freely shared on social media without risk of being taken down or muted.
1. How do I make a booking?
You can reach out via email, phone, WhatsApp, or social media to provide your event details, including the date, location, and required coverage. Once a quote is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, Duitnow & E-wallets.
2. What is included in the packages?
Each package includes coverage, editing, and delivery of high-resolution photos or videos. Specific deliverables, such as highlight video or full stage recordings, are outlined in the package descriptions.
3. Can I customize my package?
Yes, packages can be tailored with add-ons such as extra crew, shooting hours, drone coverage, live streaming, or instant prints.
4. What is the standard delivery timeline?
Edited photos and videos are delivered within 21 days. Express delivery options are available for an additional charge.
5. Do you offer same-day edits?
Yes, same-day edits for photo slideshows and highlight videos are available. These are ideal for showcasing key moments during your event and can be delivered on the same day for RM400 (photo slideshow) or RM700 (highlight video).
6. Can I extend the coverage time on the event day?
Yes, you can extend coverage at RM120/hour for photography and RM125/hour for videography. This is subject to crew availability.
7. Are travel fees included in the package?
Travel fees apply to events outside a 30km radius from Midvalley, Kuala Lumpur.
8. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining deposit will be refunded as credits for future services. Rescheduling is allowed with additional charges, depending on the notice period.
9. How are the deliverables provided?
Deliverables are shared via an online gallery (free for the first year) and can also be provided on personalized USB drives (RM50-100/unit). Extended gallery access and cloud backups are available for an additional fee.
10. Can you handle live streaming or live feed projection?
Yes, live streaming services are available for RM800/session, and live feed projection on location starts at RM1200.
11. What kind of edits are included?
Standard edits include brightness, contrast, color corrections, and cropping for photos. Videos include basic editing, transitions, color corrections, titles and licensed audio.
12. Do you offer instant prints at events?
Yes, instant print services are available. Pricing depends on the number of prints and the duration of the service.
13. What happens if I lose my photos or videos?
We back up finalized photos and videos on 2 local drives and 1 cloud drive for up to 1 year. Optional extended backup (10 years) is available for RM100.
14. Can I use my photos and videos on social media?
Absolutely! All audio used in videos is properly licensed, so you can freely share them on social media without risk of takedowns or muting.
15. Can I upgrade my package after booking?
Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time. The additional cost will be adjusted based on your selected upgrades.
16. Are there any loyalty or referral perks?
Returning clients may receive discounts on add-ons, and referrals resulting in bookings can earn you free services or credits.
